Sayble is a product developed and operated by Sky Innovation SpA (RUT 77.372.286-2), a company incorporated in Chile. In these Terms, "Sky Innovation" refers to that company.
By downloading, accessing, or using Sayble, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
Sayble teaches professional English to people with formal training in any field — university or technical — and to anyone who wants to communicate more confidently at work.
It combines hand-written study material with AI-generated practice: one-to-one coaching conversations, simulated job interviews, speaking lessons you record yourself saying, workplace writing that is checked when you submit it, short lessons on your field, and a reference dictionary.
Sayble is intended exclusively for educational purposes.
Although we continuously improve the quality of the learning experience, we do not guarantee specific language proficiency, certifications, employment opportunities, interview success, promotions, or professional outcomes. Learning results depend on each individual user.
Some features of Sayble are powered by artificial intelligence provided through Google Cloud AI services.
AI-generated responses, explanations, recommendations, corrections, translations, and other generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on AI-generated content.
The educational content within Sayble is primarily created in English.
To improve accessibility, Sayble can automatically translate learning content into the user's selected native language using artificial intelligence. Automatic translations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or perfectly reflect the intended meaning. Whenever possible, the original English content should be considered the primary learning reference.
Sayble uses anonymous authentication to create a unique user profile. Your learning progress, achievements, preferences, subscription status, and other application settings are associated with this anonymous identifier.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. Deleting the application or resetting your device may affect your ability to recover your anonymous account.
Sayble offers a free trial. It starts automatically on first use, requires no payment information, and does not convert into a paid subscription by itself. The trial runs until the end of the season in progress (seasons run Monday to Sunday, UTC), and lasts at least 3 days: when fewer than 3 days of the season remain, it extends to the end of the following one. The app shows the exact moment your trial ends, in your local time.
The trial gives you access to the app's learning features, but not to the same amount of AI usage as a paid subscription: it runs on a smaller, daily energy charge, and the season energy described in section 7 is not included. The app shows you which energy applies to you at any time.
After the trial ends, continued access to premium learning features — including AI-powered coaching, interviews, writing feedback, and related functionality — requires Sayble Pro, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
The exact price of each option is always displayed inside the app before purchase, in your local currency as determined by the App Store.
Sayble Pro is not an unlimited plan. It is subject to the energy described in section 7.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are managed by Apple according to Apple's policies.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled:
Every conversation turn, evaluation, translation, and spoken line in Sayble is generated by a paid AI service, and that cost is real for us. Both the trial and Sayble Pro therefore include energy — a usage allowance — rather than unlimited generation:
The app always shows how much energy you have left, as a percentage, together with when it refills. We show a percentage rather than a figure in tokens or currency because the underlying unit is a supplier's billing metric, not something you should have to reason about.
When your energy is spent, live AI generation pauses until it refills, unless you choose to recharge it with a diamond (section 8). This is not a suspension of your account and nothing is lost: your profile, progress, history, saved sessions, reports, and previously generated content remain available, and non-AI study material remains usable. An interview round you have already started is allowed to finish. Generation resumes automatically when the energy refills.
The size of the energy charge is a service parameter, not a fixed quantity sold to you, and we may adjust it as AI provider costs change. If we reduce it in a way that materially affects normal use, we will give notice before the change takes effect, and you may cancel your subscription as described in section 6. We size the energy so that ordinary daily practice is not interrupted; it exists to prevent abnormal or automated consumption, not to ration normal learning.
A diamond recharges your energy by a fixed share of your current plan's energy charge, shown in the app before you spend it. On the trial's smaller daily charge one diamond refills it completely; the part of the diamond that does not fit is not banked. Sayble Pro subscribers may purchase diamonds in packs, a consumable In-App Purchase available in several amounts. Diamonds are not required to use Sayble, and no feature is reachable only through them.
All payments, including diamond purchases, are processed by Apple. Requests for refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Sayble groups practice into seasons of seven days, Monday to Sunday (UTC). Each completed exercise earns season points (XP), and learners are placed in a league of ten seats with others of their league level, whatever language they speak at home. At the end of a season the top seats move up a league, the bottom seats move down, and everyone starts the next season fresh. In the first league nobody moves down, and in the highest league the top seats keep their place instead of moving up. Leagues measure completed practice only; they never grade your English.

Some information required to operate the application may be processed through these services. By using Sayble, you acknowledge that certain application data may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the requested functionality. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
We continuously improve Sayble. However, the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions affecting third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Sayble is a product developed and owned by Sky Innovation SpA, which holds the Sky Innovation trademark in Chile (registration 1358666, INAPI).
All software, source code, application architecture, user interface, educational content, learning materials, graphics, illustrations, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, AI prompts, workflows, designs, and all other intellectual property associated with Sayble are owned by Sky Innovation or are used under appropriate licenses.
Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of any intellectual property rights related to Sayble. Users may use the application solely for its intended educational purpose.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, redistributing, reverse engineering, reselling, publishing, or creating derivative works from any part of the application without prior written authorization from Sky Innovation is prohibited.
The names Sayble, Sky Innovation, and their associated visual identities may not be used without prior written permission.
Educational content may refer to third-party products, services or companies by name (for example, when explaining what a technology is or who created it). Those names are trademarks of their respective owners, are used only for factual description, and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from their owners.
Interview practice names no company. The interviewers are fictional characters, the situations are generated, and nothing in a practice round represents, predicts, or guarantees anything about a real hiring process. Sayble does not issue a hiring decision and does not tell you whether you would be hired.
You may tell Sayble, in your own words, the role you hold or seek and the kind of company you are aiming for. That text is yours: Sayble stores nothing about any company beyond the words you typed, does not verify them, and uses them only to shape your practice. Naming a company in your settings creates no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from that company, and the AI conversation partners do not represent it, do not speak on its behalf, and do not conduct an interview for it or on its process. Anything they say about a company you named reflects your own description and is not a statement of fact about that company. You are responsible for the text you enter, and you may change or clear it at any time.
Sayble is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Innovation makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of the application for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Innovation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Sayble.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://getsayble.com/terms. Your continued use of the application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to conflict of law principles.
