Sayble is a product developed and operated by Camilo Andrés González Muñoz Programación E.I.R.L. (RUT 77.372.286-2), a company incorporated in Chile and authorised by its bylaws to operate under the registered trade name Sky Innovation (trademark registration 1358666, INAPI Chile). In these Terms, "Sky Innovation" refers to that company.
By downloading, accessing, or using Sayble, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
Sayble is an AI-powered English learning platform designed primarily for software engineers, technology professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their English for professional communication.
The application combines structured educational content with artificial intelligence to provide interactive learning experiences including lessons, conversations, interview practice, pronunciation exercises, writing assistance, and other learning features.
Sayble is intended exclusively for educational purposes.
Although we continuously improve the quality of the learning experience, we do not guarantee specific language proficiency, certifications, employment opportunities, interview success, promotions, or professional outcomes. Learning results depend on each individual user.
Some features of Sayble are powered by artificial intelligence provided through Google Cloud AI services.
AI-generated responses, explanations, recommendations, corrections, translations, and other generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on AI-generated content.
The educational content within Sayble is primarily created in English.
To improve accessibility, Sayble can automatically translate learning content into the user's selected native language using artificial intelligence. Automatic translations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or perfectly reflect the intended meaning. Whenever possible, the original English content should be considered the primary learning reference.
Sayble uses anonymous authentication to create a unique user profile. Your learning progress, achievements, preferences, subscription status, and other application settings are associated with this anonymous identifier.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. Deleting the application or resetting your device may affect your ability to recover your anonymous account.
Sayble offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial starts automatically on first use, requires no payment information, and does not convert into a paid subscription by itself.
After the trial ends, continued access to premium learning features — including AI-powered meetings, interviews, writing feedback, and related functionality — requires Sayble Pro, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
The exact price of each option is always displayed inside the app before purchase, in your local currency as determined by the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are managed by Apple according to Apple's policies.

By using Sayble, you acknowledge that certain application data may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the requested functionality. We continuously improve Sayble. However, the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions affecting third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Sayble is a product developed and owned by Camilo Andrés González Muñoz Programación E.I.R.L., operating as Sky Innovation.
All software, source code, application architecture, user interface, educational content, learning materials, graphics, illustrations, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, AI prompts, workflows, designs, and all other intellectual property associated with Sayble are owned by Sky Innovation or are used under appropriate licenses.
Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of any intellectual property rights related to Sayble. Users may use the application solely for its intended educational purpose.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, redistributing, reverse engineering, reselling, publishing, or creating derivative works from any part of the application without prior written authorization from Sky Innovation is prohibited.
The names Sayble, Sky Innovation, and their associated visual identities may not be used without prior written permission.
Sayble is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Innovation makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of the application for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Innovation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Sayble.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://getsayble.web.app/terms. Your continued use of the application after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to conflict of law principles.
